Dr. Burkman's own state of the art surgical clinic that specializes in Minimally invasive surgery of the foot and ankle.
All wound care of the lower extremity is also preformed at this surgical clinic.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a podiatrist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.

Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans including:

Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. Holly or April will be happy to check on any insurance coverage. We work hard to let you know your cost upfront so that you have no billing surprises.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
